i was privileged to take pix of one of my besties and fellow photog Serena.  this beautiful setting and style was completely her idea.  i'm certainly inspired by her.

we've done life together and it's been an honor to see how God is working in their lives, and how He is using them to work in and bless others.  can't you tell they're a great team ... so in love?

as i mentioned in this earlier post, i had the privilege of photographing a special little girl's 1 year birthday.

her Momma is the fabulous Lori Kroh.  just walking into her house is creatively inspiring, like walking into a pottery barn catalog.  so the party, of course, was fabulous as you can see. 

most importantly, baby girl had a good time.

it's always fun getting to know new families, or getting to know them a little better - and this shoot was no exception. we got to shoot on a pretty fall morning and we were blessed with nice weather. 

one of the reasons i love photography is because the pictures tell a story.  and in the second picture, i think we can see what little sisters thinking "Don't look - Mom and Dad are kissing"!  :)
